Homelessness Strategy 2019 Consultation

Our draft Homelessness Strategy 2019 – 2024 sets out a ten point plan to tackle and respond homelessness in the city. It aims to:

· Prevent more people from becoming homeless in the first place

· Improve our services and response when people do become homeless

· Meet the challenges ahead and have a homelessness system fit for the future

To find out more about the Strategy and how to respond to the consultation, which closes on 11th September 2019, visit www.westminster.gov.uk/housing-strategies

Our draft Strategy does not cover rough sleeping as it is a specific problem which requires its own strategy and response. We already have a dedicated Rough Sleeping Strategy, which you can read on our website.
