· Creating a new exercise studio at basement level through the conversion of existing spaces

· Creating a new Hot Yoga studio on the first floor level located in the underutilised conference room

· Converting the existing small gym into a new group cycling studio on the first floor

· Refurbishing the Health Suite including new heated hot beds

· Refurbishing the changing rooms including new showers, lockers and cubicles
