Community Cohesion Commission

Take 5 minutes to tell us your views on community cohesion

Westminster is one of the most diverse places in the world, with hundreds of thousands of people from different backgrounds living here. We want Westminster to continue to be a place where everyone feels that they belong, and communities value one another.

The council has launched the Community Cohesion Commission to better understand cohesion in Westminster and how to address the possible root causes of radicalisation and other related issues.

The Commission will be conducting a review of Westminster City Council's and partners' policies and practices relating to community cohesion and a full report on the commission's findings will be published in early spring 2017.
